The Agency for Attractiveness and Development of Occitanie (AD'OCC) publishes an information website aimed at promoting tourism in the Occitanie region and providing general information on destinations or tourist offerings proposed by local territories, DMOs (Destination Management Organisations) and tourism service providers. The site is accessible at www.press.tourism-occitanie.co.uk, hereinafter the "Site", providing access to various information.

These General Terms of Use (GTU) are subject to French law and are intended to govern the use of the Site as well as the use of the various paid or free services it offers.

If they are unable to replace this provision in a mutually acceptable and enforceable manner, this provision shall be excluded from these terms and the remainder of the GTU shall be interpreted as if said provision were excluded and shall remain applicable.

ARTICLE 12 – AMENDMENT OF THE GTU

The AD'OCC agency reserves the right to adapt or modify these GTU at any time. Any new general conditions will, where applicable, be brought to the User's attention by means of an online update. The User is therefore invited to consult these GTU on a regular basis.
